Charles H. Foley founded Foley, Peden & Wisco, P.A. in 1930. We have delivered expert legal counsel to our friends and neighbors since. We do not just provide legal representation to the community, we are part of it.

Jim Wisco
A Morgan County native, Jim graduated from Martinsville High School in 1999. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Indiana University, Bloomington, in 2003.

Mark Peden
A graduate of Indiana University Law School, Mark has argued before the U.S. Supreme Court, Indiana Supreme Court of Indianapolis, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago.

Grace Terrell
A home-grown Artesian, Grace is a graduate of Martinsville High School. She attended Anderson University and during her time there also studied at the Pontificia Universidad Católica in Valparaíso, Chile.
